We provided transformation leadership and specialized resources across Financials, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, leading the critical SCM workstreams that were central to the company's operations. The program focused on migrating and standardizing the acquired SAP environment onto Oracle, rationalizing highly customized processes, and establishing a common ERP operating model across the newly integrated enterprise.

Following the merger of two major healthcare organizations, New Jersey's largest integrated healthcare delivery system undertook a complex consolidation of its enterprise applications onto a unified Oracle platform. We provided specialized ERP expertise and program leadership across Financials, Supply Chain Management, and HCM, helping integrate disparate systems and business processes while establishing a standardized enterprise operating model.
